I've always thought of myself as a life-long learner. Not only is it exciting but also essential in this ever-evolving field.
Understanding the needs and desires of users or clients ensure solutions are tailored to something concrete.
I value cross-functional communication as it integrates perspectives and drives innovative solutions.
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where my childhood included playing hockey and various other sports. Beyond athletics, I have a passion for creativity, finding joy in making music and capturing moments through photography. My love for learning extends to exploring new places, as I love to travel and experience various cultures and landscapes. Nature also holds a special place in my heart as I am happiest experiencing the outdoors.
I began my higher education journey in 2019 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, specializing in biomedical engineering. However, by the end of my first year, I shifted my focus to the mechanical side of design. As an aspiring engineer, I was captivated by the process of bringing useful ideas to life through tangible products and systems. To further deepen my technical knowledge in manufacturing and design, I pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University from which I graduated in May of 2024.
I've worked on various projects and internships, which you can view in my resume here. One of my notable contributions was at Runatek, a Dallas startup focused on developing an autonomous intravenous drug delivery system as a safer and more effective alternative to opioid tablets. There, I contributed to selecting biocompatible materials for medication storage and designing a hardware layout that extended battery life and reduced the device's overall thickness.
Your interest in my work is truly appreciated. If any of my projects interest you, please don't hesitate to use the contact form below. I look forward to the possibility of speaking with you.
